for sure, if land was an option id go for it but even a 2 bed flat here is about 250000 upwards :( land is simply unavalible unless maybe a small field for animal grazing only with no chance of building a home.

The van isnt to live in but can use it for fun whilst we save for many many years towards the house.

One thing that puts me of with Vauxhall a bit is they almost went bankrupt, and if any of them was to go under i suspect it would be them , parts would then become hard to get and exspensive.
