Thangs are so vastly different to the last time i was employed.

To be fair though the job has a heck of a lot going for it, its full time guaranteed hours (so many are part time and sometimes not guaranteed) its looks a pleasant place to work and sociable hours in a sector that is booming. with so many losing their jobs it is a bit of an exception.
