Welcome to all those readers of the hive.blog community. In this opportunity we will be talking about the advantages of Environmental Education in order to advance towards the sustainability of the villages. Necessary tool in these times where the planet earth needs the help of the humanity in general.
ABOUT ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION
The degradation of the environmental quality, together with the destruction of natural habitats, began to be considered social problems from the 70's onwards, for such circumstance Environmental Education (EA) emerges as a current of thought and action, being supported by the international community. It acquires its maximum expression thanks to the declarations of UNESCO and the UNEP when writing fruitful conclusions in order to advance in an international strategy of action, in the matter of environmental education and formation. According to the various discussions that have taken place on Environmental Education, it is difficult to frame it in a definition, so the proposal is assumed in the International Congress on Environmental Education and Training. UNESCO/UNEP (1987).
"Environmental education is a permanent process in which individuals and communities become aware of their environment and learn the knowledge, values, skills, experience and also the determination that enables them to act, individually and collectively, in the resolution of present and future environmental problems". (Page 12)

Under this definition, it can be observed that AD seeks to promote a healthy and balanced relationship between society and its environment, in order to guide present and future generations in an equitable and sustainable development in the physical and biological environment that surrounds it.

Therefore, Environmental Education is an education for action, it allows to expand the knowledge and awareness of individuals about the impacts of human activity on the environment, but with the ultimate goal of improving their capabilities to contribute to the solution of problems. (CENAM, 1999).

Furthermore, it facilitates, from a global and interdisciplinary approach, the understanding of the complex interactions between societies and the environment, through a better knowledge of ecological, economic, social and cultural processes, that is, the critical analysis of socio-environmental problems and their relationship with management models and human actions.

CATEGORIES OF THE OBJECTIVES OF ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION.
According to the UNESCO (1977), the categories of objectives of Environmental Education are: 1. Knowledge: to allow the fundamental understanding of the environment and the annexed problems, guiding the collective in the acquisition of diverse practices in favor of this end. 2. Awareness: its purpose is the acquisition of consciousness and awareness of the environment. 3. Behavior: work individually and collectively to identify with the values and the feeling of interest and concern for the environment, allowing them to actively integrate in improving and protecting their environment. 4. Skills: help in the acquisition of the necessary skills to identify and solve environmental problems. 5. Participation: To provide individuals, individually and collectively, with the possibility of actively participating in the tasks that aim to solve environmental problems.
ABOUT THE PROPOSAL
The work that is presented, is oriented to the fulfillment of the objectives 2 and 5 proposed by UNESCO (1977), which refer to the conscience and the participation that must present the individuals in the tasks that have as objective to solve the environmental problems. Therefore, we will instruct the reader on the set of activities that allow giving a second use to plastic bottles and we will learn some techniques used in the germination and sowing of ornamental and productive plants.

OBJECTIVES OF THE PROPOSAL
In order to fulfill the above-mentioned theme, we ask ourselves a set of questions that respond conceptually, procedurally and attitudinally and that are reflected in the form of objectives. GENERAL OBJECTIVE - Establish an efficient seed germination methodology that allows the incorporation of waste materials in agricultural production systems. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES - Use plastic bottles in the gemination of different types of seeds. - Using organic waste produced at home in the preparation of compost. - Promote the active participation of the family and the community in productive planting activities.
IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROPOSAL
This section of the theme will be explained in detail through a sequence of images related to the work done in the process of germination of plants. Sequence 1: locate the materials necessary to assemble the wet chamber system. This step of the activity, refers to the collection of plastic materials that we will use in the process of germination of the seeds

Sequence 2: Assemble the humidity chambers that will be in charge of germinating the seeds. In this section, we will prepare and assemble the different chambers that we will use in the germination of the seeds. See image 4.

Image 4, allows us to observe in detail the preparation and elaboration of the humidity chamber. In this sense, referring to image 4 section A, we can see that here we cut the plastic material that we will use, 'on the other hand, section 4B, shows us the filling of the container with the organic matter (fertilizer) previously obtained, through the waste generated at home. Section 4C refers to the sowing and moistening of the seeds, in this particular, we work with peppers, while section 4D shows us the sealing of the chamber that will be under observation for a week or so to obtain the germinated plant that will later be transplanted.
WORK DONE FROM THE NURSERY
This section is destined to show the group of plants that have been propagated in the nursery of the community of Encontrados, Zulia, Venezuela, applying the techniques of the humidity chamber, which is interesting and practical in these times of pandemic. The germination process mentioned above, avoids the need for irrigation, since the biological cycle of water is developed on it, in other words, we are controlling the variables of humidity, light intensity and the proliferation of fungi that negatively affect the seeds. As can be seen in the image, the technique is useful in the work of ornamental plants or productive plants.

CONTRIBUTIONS OF THE PROPOSAL
Activities such as this allow the community to be integrated into the care and preservation of the environment. Similarly, it is important to mention that actions such as the proposal are an efficient way to produce our own food (vegetables) from the comfort of our home. At the same time they allow us to make productive those spaces of land that we have in leisure giving it a utility in favor of the development of the biological components.
