Well, we all know that we are watched all the time. Your telephone does it, Android or Apple. There is Siri, the bitch you tell all your secrets :). And then there is Facebook.

They all became part of our daily life. Siri and Apples not so much, but Google and Microsoft and Sugarhill are not different.

What to make out of all this espionage and intrusion into our lives?

Well, I say, make the best out of it. Use the value it adds without paying for.

Paying for? I don't mean monetary value. You don't need to pay for using free services. Such as messaging with friends in FB or using perhaps Google Search. Just make sure you limit your personal data exposure to a minimum.

That is do not share what you do not need to share. Limit your audience to friends olny which you selectively can pick. Do not share to friends of friends or to the public.

Do not login into Google service such as the search engine.

Do not share location data.

Do delete you cache regularly, you can automate this when closing your browser.

Use an anonymous web browser like Brave.

Use VPN.

Use Opera's built-in VPN for Facebook and your everyday browsing.

Many simple things you can do to be safe and secure in the Interwebz. Not difficult. Just don't use default settings.

Happy Internetting :), stay safe!
