So I had 5 Bitcoins, meaning I was eligible to 5 Bitcoin Gold.
There is one, only one, wallet, Bitcoin Gold Core whatsoever. And then there is the 120GB (!) bootstraped blockchain.
I installed the wallet yesterday morning, I downloaded the bootstrap torrent. It took one whole day (inc. night) to import that thing. Then I had to figure out the key and address where the coins where that time.
In the end, yes, I got my 5 BTG, after 36 hours. Crazy.
And I can not sell them as no exchange accepts deposits or withdrawals.
HiBTC allows depoists, I sent my 5 BTG there, they do not get confirmed.
So if you want a definition of "shitcoin", it is Bitcoin Gold.
