Hello steemians, I am sharing my experience of my first day on steem....
Like any other mornings, I woke up today and did my initial works. I was not very excited as the day was rainy like the previous one. It was about 9 o' clock in the morning when I took my phone to check notifications. I had 17 messages 5 mails and other 5 notifications. As I was going through my emails one by one, I found a mail from steemit - a mail of account confirmation. On finding this mail I got excited as for last many days, I was constantly checking my mail for this one and I finally got it when it was most unexpected.
As soon as I got the mail, I jumped on the platform. At the beginning, many words such as resteem, up vote, SBD etc. were Greek to me. I was not able to understand what power up100% mean. So I started on my quest to know everything about everything. I read many answers by many steemians and some from steemit's FAQ section. I followed few people and got followed by few.
Like any other individual I also use many other social media platforms, but steemit is something different and I know every steemian would agree with me. Steemit has something different about it which keeps me glued to it. It's many due to the fact that it allows to to post various things on the same place, whether it's poetry, picture or even my introduction.
So, this is how I spent my first day on steemit, which includes reading(about and on steemit), searching, posting. I enjoyed my first day and I know there are many more to come. Cheers steemit and steemians.
