Another day, another goal. Walk as much as possible. I definitely walk and move around quite a lot, but carrying my phone with me all the time is out of the question. But that gives me the possiblity to walk to my local market in the evening with a small detour, obtaining more steps and moving more, living the healthy lifestyle.
