El protagonista de hoy es Shooky un personaje de BT21 Line Friends, creados por los integrantes de la banda coreana BTS en colaboración con esta marca, Shooky es una galleta rapera creada por Suga. Estos personajes son adorables, tan distintos y con unas historias tan encantadora como la de sus creadores. Pero es muy difícil conseguir esos productos aquí en Venezuela si bien tengo algunas cosas de estos personajes que he logrado traer de Corea, los precios elevados me restan la oportunidad de tener algunas colecciones.

Today's protagonist is Shooky a character from BT21 Line Friends, created by the members of the Korean band BTS in collaboration with this brand, Shooky is a rap cookie created by Suga. These characters are adorable, so different and with stories as charming as their creators. But it is very difficult to get these products here in Venezuela although I have some things of these characters that I have managed to bring from Korea, the high prices detract me the opportunity to have some collections.

El bordado me ha permitido tener excelentes versiones para compartir con mis amigas fanáticas de la agrupación con estos lindos personajes, así que posiblemente los vean seguido por aquí.

The embroidery has allowed me to have excellent versions to share with my friends who are fans of the group with these cute characters, so you may see them often here.

Hace poco Monika me dijo que comenzó a interesarse en la banda así que quise darle un lindo Shooky de charm para sus bolsos, para compartir y que pudiera lucir en la actividad de la fan base este fin de semana.

Monika recently told me she started getting interested in the band so I wanted to give her a cute charm Shooky for her bags to share so she could show it off at the fan base activity this weekend.

• Inicie buscando el patrón de Shooky versión mínini (son mis favoritos pues son muy adorables), un bastidor hilo chenille color café y otro amarillo, tela de trama abierta, utilice la aguja de mayor diámetro, pegamento líquido, ojos de seguridad y silicón de barra.

Start by looking for the Shooky Minini pattern (they are my favorite because they are so adorable), a frame with brown and yellow chenille thread, open weave fabric, use the larger diameter needle, liquid glue, safety eyes and silicone glue stick.

• Prense la tela en el bastidor y realice el patrón para asegurar que no se deformara la imagen.

Press the fabric on the frame and make the pattern to ensure that the image will not be deformed.

• Enhebre la aguja y dejé suficiente hilo libre la adapte a un largo D.

Thread the needle and leave enough free thread to adapt it to a length D.

• Fui aplicando la técnica de Punchneedle a todo el patrón pero usaré el lado corto, realice la primera parte con los círculos para las mejillas, era primera vez que colocaba los ojos de seguridad así que tocó aplicar fuerza al broche y cortar la punta con un encendedor y aplanarlo.

I applied the Punchneedle technique to the whole pattern but I will use the short side, I made the first part with the circles for the cheeks, it was the first time I placed the safety eyes so I had to apply force to the brooch and cut the tip with a lighter and flatten it.

• En el otro lado realice solo la silueta que serviría para la parte de atrás del personaje.

On the other side make only the silhouette that would serve for the back of the character.

• La porción larga del tejido lo utilice de relleno.

The long portion of the fabric is used for stuffing.

• Así una vez termine el patrón, corte con 1cm de seguridad para sellar el tejido con pegamento líquido y los bordes con silicón
  con una plancha térmica presione para darle un volumen uniforme.

So once the pattern is finished, cut with a 1cm safety cut to seal the fabric with liquid glue and the edges with silicone,with a heat press to give it a uniform volume.

• Coloqué el gancho sujeto con un trozo de cinta tipo sesgo con silicón de barra caliente adherido a la tapa.

I placed the hook attached with a piece of bias type tape with hot bar silicone adhered to the lid.

• Junte ambas tapas con silicón y procedi a aplicar hilo en los bordes para mejorar el acabado de la pieza.

I joined both caps with silicone and proceeded to apply thread on the edges to improve the finish of the piece.

Realmente me divertí mucho haciendo a Shooky y tomándole fotos, mi amiga realmente quedó sorprendida y le encantó la calidad del producto.

I really had a lot of fun making Shooky and taking pictures of him, my friend was really surprised and loved the quality of the product.
