That Ted Talk is amazing. Calling in makes so much sense than calling out. It reminded me of a long podcast that I participated in where me and someone else essentially held ourselves accountable for our roles in the corruption of a school in the '90s. The experience was very healing, and that healing would have had no place if someone had called us out in an adversarial way.
