To start with the last question first, my thoughts on Dr. Steven Greer are that he's a key player in the UFO community who is now doing interesting work helping people to connect with other forms of observable consciousness. Also, I more or less agree that all is consciousness. A recent post sums up my perspective as follows:

Regardless of the outcome of these tests, I think information is something, existing somehow separately from the matter into which it's encoded. In my imagination, I see information as more fundamental than matter, rather than as its own class of matter. More specifically, I imagine that consciousness gives rise to material reality as we understand it. This is true in an epistemological sense, because consciousness gives rise to theories of knowledge and not the other way around. But I also imagine it to be true in the sense that all matter can be viewed as an arrangement of states in an information system. I like to think of this system as part of an incomprehensibly larger ecosystem of consciousnesses.

My opinion is that the Great Reset is no more or less scary than anything Davos elites have done before. This is roughly in line with Naomi Klein's opinion, which I cited. Conspiracy theories about the Reset suggest that it will somehow lead to a one world government with totalitarian control over our individual lives thanks to emerging tech. The Global Influence Operations Report piece I cited suggested that these theories had been promoted/amplified as part of a Russian propaganda campaign.

The two Daily Mail pieces I shared as possible examples of other Russian propaganda just looked to me like more of the same stuff I started to see in 2016, stories that push a canned perspective that I understand is Russian in origin. My day job for many years has been summarizing news for a major conspiracy website, and I've come to see different kinds of 'fingerprints' on certain stories. Oftentimes, these fingerprints are from big companies or US intelligence. In this instance, I saw Russian fingerprints. Apologies if my perspective here was disagreeable.

Broadly, my stance is that we already live in a dystopia with technological features. The Great Reset, as described in WEF docs, is at best a distraction from this. Our control regime isn't centralized, and it definitely isn't run by the WEF. This regime is a decentralized network of big businesses and government offices, all acting in self-interested ways that rarely involve centralized collusion.

In my facebook feeds, I've seen friends promote the idea that covid was deliberately caused as part of The Great Reset. Previously reasonable people have become afraid that Gates and Schwab are planning to microchip them as part of this plan. These ideas didn't come from nowhere, nor did they arise from any WEF documents I'm aware of. Instead, they're stories, told by parties unknown to advance unknown agendas. My post suggested a Russian origin for some of these stories, because that makes as much sense to me as any apparent alternatives.
