This week, for the always good and enjoyable Splinterlands Contest, we found a recently introduced Card, Lava Spider, a Common Card of the Fire Element, let's see immediately what this card causes in me, what feelings...
It is a card that I like enough, it does not drive me crazy but it remains one of those that I will certainly take to the maximum power, I say this because it is still quite easy to buy, as a single unit costs about 6 cents of dollar (5 DEC) , but secondly it acquires a skill that I always find very interesting, right at the last available level...
At 10th level Lava Spider acquires the ability of Poison, which is one of my favorite ones, this on the one hand makes me raise my judgment on this card, on the other hand I have to note which takes this quality at the very last level, so its real effectiveness is much more limited, as you must have this Card fully upgraded and even more its Summoner at full power, which is much more difficult to obtain, because for maxing Lava Spider takes about $ 25 (right now, 6 cents x 400 units), but maxing Qid Yuff, to take into account the Fire Summoner I actually chose, takes about 450-500, quite another thing...
Here is my personal Lava Spider at this very moment, it has reached 6th level, which is exactly the level I can push it to, when I use my Rare Fire Summoner, Qid Yuff, having it at 5th level, I am in no particular hurry to take it higher, because the real last advantage, as I mentioned above, is positioned at 10th level, where it adds to the already present Snipe and Snare skills that of Poison, making the use of this card more attractive...
Lava Spider gives me a sense of imperfection, as it seems that something is missing, which is not filled at the 10th level, but remains throughout the gradation of the various levels, I try to explain my concept better...
It is not one of those cards that decides the course of a battle by itself, able to push our team so hard that the outcome of the final victory tilts in our favor, but it is a normal card, an honest card, which possesses discrete qualities, not excelling in any component, as it starts from 1 shot per round of play from 1st level to only go up to 2 from 4th level to go up, the same applies to the speed of execution of the shots, having values that they make it stay in that intermediate way that varies from 2 to 4, as well as for what concerns the quantity of Lives available, also oscillating between the values of 4 and 6, even if perhaps this value is one of the most interesting of all , but then, with this rampant normalization, why, after all, do I like Lava Spider??
Due to the fact that it remains an honest performance card, as it can actually contribute, together with the other cards of the battle line-up, to the victory of the battle, which then remains the main purpose of our activity on Splinterlands, that of always winning and achieving results. major, another detail not to be underestimated is the low cost in terms of Mana, as Lava Spider costs only 3 Mana, making it very interesting in battles with low Mana endowment and in those with limited Mana. 4 units, in addition the endowment of the 2nd shot per round of the game, available from the 4th level, is a factor that make it a valid card for closing the deployment, but now it is time to move from words to deeds, illustrating the fight that I have chosen to submit to your vision...

Here is the reference link where you can see the game in its entirety, I will pause to some other practical considerations...
The battle in question is characterized by a total endowment of only 15 Mana, associated with the game in Equalizer mode, moreover I found myself facing an opponent who had the same Summoner as me, with the addition of the fact that he also had mine the same level, for which the difference was actually made by the cards chosen by us players...
Exploding Rats, in Equalizer mode for me is simply fabulous, I always field her in 1st position, plus with the low number of Mana available in this doubly recommended game...
0 Mana, a bargain, to put in 2nd position, this is Scorch Fiend, Legendary Card, which is used to make the opposing formation waste shots...
Another low-cost card, inserted in 3rd position with the dual purpose of wasting blows to the opposing formation and lowering the general speed, I'm talking about Creeping Ooze, the only card I have deployed that does not belongs to the Fire Element...
Radiated Scorcher, Common Card, low cost for her too, only 1 Mana, another card that I define remittance, in the sense that its main use is to waste shots in this specific battle to opponents...
And we finally come to the real firepower of this game, represented by Serpentine Spy, which I deploy in a precious Golden version, one of the very few Cards that was saved from the theft I suffered in September of the year. last, it is very valid, especially when there are few Mana available as in this fight, one of its few defects is that it has few lives, but in Equilizer mode it disappears, to leave full room for its indisputable qualities...
And who better than Lava Spider could close this valuable sixth of fighters? The last fighting stance, in my humble opinion, is the one that suits him best, and, as you can see from the fight replay, he sold his skin very well...
Excuse me for the length of this post, I hope it has been a pleasant read for you, I thank all the Splinterlands team for the great opportunity that is reserved for us, under various profiles, with the proposal to participate in this and other Contests they have launched. , I can only confirm my total appreciation for this game platform, if you are not yet a Splinterlands player, you can use, if you want, my reference link...

Versione Italiana
