Say what? Ice cream with 90% less sugar? Yes, that is very much common at Scrapes. It is one of the local Filipino take-away stalls by Miguelitos Internarional Corporation.
I went to the mall last Sunday and noticed a few people watching a counte. I got curious about what they are so interested for so I joined in.
That was when I realized that the crew was scraping fried and frosted ice cream. Fried ice cream? Yes, here you see it in the act when the crew is rolling the fried frost. They people watching were waiting for their orders.
Interesting fried ice cream. I looked at the menu on the counter and there are fairly many options. All are very tempting.
They also have these what seemed to ve new in their line of offerings. And look, these are more cost-friendly.
Well, the New Delightful Creations are more cost-friendly but that Strawberry Extreme look more promising. So Strawberry Extreme it is!
Scrapes is a take-away stall at the ground floor of the mall but it will not be a problem taking away a cup of ice cream because second floor right above this stall is the food court. Anyone can take their ice cream there and enjoy instead of worrying about the ice cream to melt somewhere else.
