Fire Outbreak have lead to a heavy explosion at the Philadelphia oil refinery. According to Skynews, The refinery which got burnt down produces about 335,000 barrel a day making it the major source of income of the country. The resident and nearby neighbors have been instructed to remain at home and shelter appropriately until further notice.
