I guess it is so. Originally @mervinthepogi (2nd best from MAcFiT ranking) had been placed in group A. With his resignation, the next best is... @browery. So we have the MAcFiT defending champion (@manuvert) and soon to be crowned @poliac champion (you) in one group.

On the other hand, last season @pinkhub had come thru the qualifiers and then surprised everyone by reaching the best 8. Judging by step average of the top 4 players from Silver League, they could be formidable opponents for any Golden League participant. And with just 3 match days, there's little room for error.
