The world is definitely complicated, it has been always and will always be. And I agree on the point about "context" what works outside may not work here and funnily enough, one of my job(s) is actually helping foreign investors understand different business landscape and culture. Even within Indonesia itself, the pricing, expectations and culture are different. So, there's always layers to it and definitely something we need to acknowledge.
