in many roasters or coffee shop where I live they offer the grinding too, I suppose such service available there too. The grinding also depends on your coffee tools as well. There's medium, coarse, extra fine too. But yes, I won't overwhelmed you with this :D I think you can either choose citrus or earthy taste for base. I hope you can find something good that suits you there!
