Amor y Pasión por lo que hago./Love and Passion for what I do.

Hello dear community, today I want to share with you my love for baking, and as there are never excuses for work and less when it is something we are passionate about; this December 24 and 25 I made two beautiful works to bring joy and sweetness to two homes.

Both cakes were made from scratch and are moist triple chocolate cakes.

The first one was to celebrate Christmas with the children and the arrival of Santa with gifts, for the decoration I used whipped cream which I painted with green and red vegetable paint with four Christmas cookies.

For the one on December 25 I also used whipped cream but this time without coloring to keep its natural white color, plus I used 4 sighs, a small package of Oreo cookies, three Jet chocolates, three Jumbo chocolate bares and a small package of Chokis balls. This delicious and beautiful moist triple chocolate cake was ordered for a birthday celebration.

I must tell you that I don't have any studies or previous experience in this pastry, but I still do it with love and passion because it is something that really pleases me to do, I know that I lack a lot of practice but I think I'm on the right track and let me tell you that really when you want you can. So if you feel passion for something and have not yet dared to do it just dare I assure you that you will be delighted with the result.
