Well, I agree. But we have to assume that the opinions of Weiss are actually based in a complete understanding of all projects that they rate. This is in my opinion not clear yet.

I agree as well. People need to stop to asses the value of a project based on the market price. In time the strong backbone created by the project will dictate the price.
