Aren't you worried about her as she gets older starting to feel like she is way too different from other children in the sense that she does not fit in or does not get what the other kids talk about or what they have experienced? And further more, knowing how kids are, that they could start bullying her because of how different she is? After all, that is the human nature, to treat everyone who are different as outcasts or some sort of aliens?

Of course, I agree with your approach. I see that all the time around, kids being handed I pads to stare in them so that parents can go by their day "undisturbed" xD. It is very sad.
