The purple ink is drawing ink and it has acrylic finish, it stays put after drying and I find it easy to apply layers on top of it with something like Pigma Micron liners. It is a bit different with the fountain pen inks from the same brand (Diamine) that have a more matte finish. The green one is more like that. Those technical pens look super fancy! I have never used them, so unfortunately it is difficult to say if they would be compatible. The description mentions that they can get clogged, I would be cautious not to ruin them. Especially, if they are expensive :)
