At first I thought it could have been due to plants naturally just dying (naturally aging, happened to my lavender plants this year), but holy moly, I just read that they can live up to 100 years and can outlive a person xD That is so sad that they got sick.

I wish we had irrigation system, but sadly it is on a separate plot of land and no access to water. I could try collecting water in big containers I guess, but then there was no rain for a long time either. Crazy how the weather is messed up everywhere.
