That's the today's mentality and training. We have to excel at our jobs and basically be part of it when really it is just putting food on the table. Most jobs anyway. Not saying it can never be someone's passion and some certainly find something they want to work for and give it all, but that is not true for most of the population. Yet those silly expectations.
