Hi all,
Another post in this series. Thank you for your support in the previous posts 😊
This series intends to determine if there are other aspects of cards that may contribute to increasing its value. Based on your feedback I can focus on more/other things – so feel free to tell me where you want me to go into further detail.
I include some analysis on where the cards fit in terms of strategy and a market analysis of the price of the card in previous months. Feel free to suggest what more do you want me to look into.
In this edition I will be looking at the Captain's Ghost.

Card stats
I will be focusing my analysis on the usefulness of this card in lower leagues (i.e. bronze to gold).
This card’s main advantages are its high HP (7), Magic Damage (2), and Affliction ability. With a cost of 7 mana, this card is useful in medium/high mana battles and can soak some damage due to its high HP. A very distinct and useful aspect is the Affliction ability, which is not common and can be very useful as it negates healing – something many teams are reliant to be competitive (such as many Earth splinter teams). This card sure increases the flexibility in the Water splinter and I would really advice getting as soon as possible.
A great card for players who look to expand their choices, currently at around 0.5$.
A great card, with a reasonable price, which has not lost a lot of value.
Let’s look at the last 6 months.
Looking at the graphs, the following can be concluded:
Please let me know in the comments if there is any further information you would like me to include in future analysis.
Thank you for reading this post.
