We were hiking on our favourite hill when the boys (who are always way ahead of me) came tearing back full speed and screaming Porcupine! Porcupine!

Mr. Porcupine was up high, just enjoying life, and probably quite annoyed that the small Humans ruined his nice tree-munching lunch. All that noise! All that racket!

And for heaven's sake, am I that ugly? You have to tear away from me like I'm fucking Pennywise the Clown?

Well since I'm like 99.9% sure that porcupines can't shoot their quills like bullets I went in for some photos. They are sooooooo cute! They have such a mild and sweet look to their eyes and face.

In Nova Scotia it's apparently illegal to kill porcupines. A neighbour told me the reason is because if someone is lost in the woods, porcupine is the easiest food to catch. Nova Scotians leave the population alone, so there is always easy food for people who get lost. That's the tale anyways, I've never researched if it's true.

Well time to leave this cutie in peace and continue our hike, in the opposite direction of course 馃槀 Kiedis and Stryder weren't going anywhere near that tree. Ah, who can blame em?

Good times are back out in the Open!

Well Maybe not That good...

Kiedis biffed it hard running down the hill, and it's quite wet up there still 馃槼

But hey, he didn't lose his magic wand!

They literally run, good thing I have a zoom lens or I'd have no pics of them! LOL!! I trot okay, I don't run.

Man down, see, this is what running does! 馃ぃ Main reason I don't do it, it's dangerous! AHHAHAA :D *hey, let me have my delusions.

So great up here.
