Did anyone else notice that since the pandemic the time spent on the phone trying to reach the customer service department for most of the companies, just got longer?
Today I spent over one hour on the phone trying to reach someone that could actually help me understand why my new modem was not functioning. After being transfered from one department to another a few times, I ended up being put on hold.
You know the drill, so you gotta wait, no choice. It makes you wonder if there is anyone working at all in there. Anyway, after a few minutes of waiting on the line, I started to doodle.
After close to one hour, this is what I came up with: the image above.
When my call was finally answered and I heard a human voice on the other side of the line, boy, I was surprised. That's because I was all focused on my doodle and almost forgot about being out on hold. The music played had turned into the background noise.
Drop me a line if you like my little doodle or hate being put on hold for more than five minutes!
