This picture is someone I do not know but I know where he works. Maybe this guy is giddy thinking about something, yes I'm just trying to guess what is being experienced by this man. Maybe he's having a lot of problems either financial or family issues. This is visible from the way he is holding his forehead as if his head hurt. Well hopefully this man does not experience the things I say. And if it is true he is having a problem may God soon solve it
