Si bien es cierto que la vida est谩 llena de muchas responsabilidades, donde se nos exige ser serios, tambi茅n debemos propiciar momentos donde nos podamos divertir y reir a carcajadas para liberar todas esas tensiones acumuladas en nuestra vida diaria. Les cuento que por mi trabajo debo ser seria y comedida, pero en confianza con mis amigos y familiares son muy bromista, me gusta contar chistes y ver pel铆culas de comedia para relajarme con mis hijos los fines de semana. La risa nos fortalece y es un gran liberador de endorfinas; cuando el buen sentido del humor se hace presente lo cambia todo, por eso es que si queremos atraer energ铆as positivas el buen humor es la clave hasta para afrontar los problemas.
