This is my activity when starting a new project, I studied the drawing of plans, the budget plan and started to prepare some of the equipment needed to start the project. The next activity is to estimate the workforce needed to implement the project. I usually use locals for untrained or unskilled laborers and use outsourced personnel for trained personnel.
