I don't plug it in before it drops below 10%, I don't unplug it before 100%. If I'm out, if the charge runs out, let it go. I do not charge in the car and do not use a 20w charging adapter. I am aggressive.
If I played games on the phone or texted constantly, maybe I would charge it 2 times a day and the performance would be around 70%. but there are only 3 crypto exchange programs, instagram and spotify on the phone. Also, I turn on the camera.
In fact, the most ideal charge was between 19% and 86%. (When it drops below 20%, plug it in, it means 85% and above.)
