All photographers at some point in their lives have had a "muse", someone who allows them to develop their creativity to the fullest.
For many of my colleagues, how about that person is Verónica and I understand it perfectly now.
She recently came to visit her family, since she currently resides in Miami.
He went through the studio of several photographers, including mine. I had written to him several months ago and the last thing I thought was that he would come.
Obviously it is much cheaper to create a spectacular portfolio here in Venezuela than abroad. One of the things that most caught my attention about her was precisely that, her transparency and honesty. So I decided to make this series of portraits with manual filters (covering the strobes with green and red plastic wrap).
The photos are not retouched and this is at the request of the model. She told me that she hates when photos are retouched so much that she doesn't look like her. Gentlemen, she is absolutely beautiful, but her personality is, as we say in Venezuela, "killer". Super professional, punctual, excellent attitude, she turns off her cell phone, she doesn't like excess makeup, zero divisiveness. She began studying modeling at the age of 5.
Professionalism is priceless.

Hace poco ella vino a visitar a su familia, ya que actualmente reside en la Miami. Pasó por el estudio de varios fotógrafos, incluído el mío. Yo le había escrito varios meses atrás y lo último que pensé es que vendría.
Obviamente es mucho más económico crear un portafolio espectacular aquí en Venezuela qué en el extranjero.
Una de las cosas que más me llamó la atención de ella fué precisamente eso, si transparencia y honestidad.
Así que decidí hacerle ésta serie de retratos con filtros manuales (cubriendo los strobes con papel plástico verde y rojo).
Las fotos no están retocadas y esto es a petición de la modelo. Me contó que detesta cuando le retocan tanto las fotos que no parece ella. Señores ella es absolutamente bella, pero su personalidad es, como decimos en Venezuela "matadora". Super profesional, puntual, excelente actitud, apaga el celular, no le gusta el exceso de maquillaje, cero divismos. Ella empezó a estudiar modelaje a los 5 años.
El profesionalismo no tiene precio.
