I am pleased to confirm that C-Cex.com is back in sync with the Gridcoin blockchain and has enabled GRC Deposits and Withdrawals.
Anyone with an existing C-Cex.com account can trade freely, however, I don't think it is possible to create a new account or invite new members at this time.
