According to this post on twitter https://twitter.com/CryptoCurrEncyX/status/1032952295473008643, the crypto-currency trading site c-cex.com is operating in full support mode again after their holiday period.
In full support mode deposits and withdrawals using c-cex.com managed crypto-currency wallets should now be possible.
