Hello friends of #HIVE, #Liketu and #SWC. Today I want to share with you some photographs of my plank training in real time. Right at this moment I am doing a test of the plank skill as such, normally I am doing routines with basic exercises and previous progressions but without doing the skill as such and at this moment I am doing combo tests and various attempts at straddel planch. I've been going through a season where doing a straddel planch was really tiring, but now I'm starting to feel good again. Soon I start going for the full plank again.
