Hello family and friends of #HIVE #LIKETU and #SWC. I hope they are fine. Today I want to share with you some photographs of my little plank muscle activation workout. As you already know, I began a deloading phase due to the heavy training load I had done and the fatigue was already noticeable. Today I did some push-ups, lean planking, pike push-ups and some stretching, the truth is I felt very liberated after stretching a little.
