隆Hola holaaaa comunidad de Daily Blog!
Hace unos d铆as hice un recorrido por algunos museos de la ciudad, debo decir que fue un d铆a inspirador lleno de arte y reflexi贸n mientras visitaba tres exposiciones notables en diferentes lugares de Buenos Aires.
Ubicada en la Fundaci贸n Telef贸nica Movistar en CABA, esta exposici贸n comienza con una introducci贸n al concepto de las fake news: qu茅 son, c贸mo se generan y c贸mo se transmiten, destacando la predisposici贸n de nuestro cerebro a aceptarlas f谩cilmente. La muestra nos lleva por un recorrido hist贸rico, desde la Antig眉edad hasta la actualidad, mostrando grandes mentiras de distintos per铆odos en paralelo a avances cient铆ficos y tecnol贸gicos.
Tambi茅n explora el papel de los medios en la propagaci贸n y viralizaci贸n de estas falsedades, destacando el impacto decisivo de Internet, las redes sociales y la reciente irrupci贸n de la inteligencia artificial. La exposici贸n culmina con un dec谩logo que nos orienta en la lucha contra la desinformaci贸n, uno de los principales desaf铆os del siglo XXI seg煤n el Foro Econ贸mico Mundial y el 煤ltimo informe de Reporteros Sin Fronteras de 2023. Esta fue la que m谩s me gust贸, sobre todo porque se alinea perfectamente con mi investigaci贸n de tesis, en la que exploro las fake news como un mecanismo de control en las redes sociales. Las diversas obras en esta exposici贸n resonaron profundamente en m铆, ofreciendo nuevas perspectivas y alent谩ndome a repensar mi investigaci贸n. Aqu铆 comparto algunas im谩genes del lugar.

A few days ago I took a tour of some museums in the city, I must say that it was an inspiring day full of art and reflection while visiting three notable exhibitions in different places in Buenos Aires.
Located at Fundaci贸n Telef贸nica Movistar in CABA, this exhibition begins by introducing the concept of fake news鈥攚hat they are, how they are created, and how they spread鈥攈ighlighting our brain's tendency to accept them readily. The exhibit takes us on a journey through history, from ancient times to the present, showcasing significant falsehoods across different eras alongside major scientific and technological advancements.
It also explores the role of media in the spread and viralization of these falsehoods, emphasizing the decisive impact of the Internet, social media, and the recent emergence of artificial intelligence. The exhibition concludes with a set of guidelines to help combat misinformation, which is recognized as one of the greatest challenges of the 21st century by the World Economic Forum and the latest 2023 report by Reporters Without Borders. This was the highlight of my day, especially because it aligns perfectly with my thesis research, where I explore fake news as a control mechanism on social media. The various artworks in this exhibition deeply resonated with me, offering new perspectives and encouraging me to rethink my investigation. Here are some images of the space.

Esta exposici贸n en el Centro Cultural Recoleta incluye obras de m谩s de 15 artistas nacionales e internacionales, contempor谩neos e hist贸ricos. La exposici贸n, llena de nostalgia neblinosa y por momentos sombr铆a, act煤a como un inframundo l铆mbico, un borde para el espectador que medita y reflexiona sobre las distintas tecnolog铆as que se ponen de manifiesto, f铆sicas y emocionales, a la hora de pensar en el amor. Fue un hermoso recorrido por diferentes interpretaciones y expresiones del amor.
This exhibition at the Centro Cultural Recoleta includes works by more than 15 national and international, contemporary and historical artists. The exhibition, filled with misty nostalgia and at times somber tones, acts as a liminal underworld鈥攁 border for the viewer who meditates and reflects on the various physical and emotional technologies that manifest when contemplating love. It was a beautiful journey through different interpretations and expressions of love.

Ubicada en La Plata, Argentina, esta exposici贸n se encuentra en el Centro de Arte, una instituci贸n cultural perteneciente a la Universidad Nacional de La Plata (UNLP). Este centro ofrece una variedad de actividades y exposiciones relacionadas con las artes visuales, performance y poes铆a. Sus principales ejes de trabajo abarcan los feminismos, la diversidad, los lenguajes art铆sticos contempor谩neos y la visibilizaci贸n de artistas locales. Tambi茅n considera la paridad de g茅nero en las convocatorias a profesionales y sostiene el v铆nculo institucional con la Facultad de Artes de la UNLP y sus distintas dependencias. Aunque no pude encontrar el nombre de la muestra, la experiencia fue igualmente enriquecedora y a帽adi贸 un toque 煤nico a mi d铆a de visitas a museos.

Its main areas of focus include feminism, diversity, contemporary artistic languages, and the visibility of local artists. Although I couldn't find the name of the exhibition, the experience was still enriching and added a unique touch to my day of museum visits.
