I'm presently in sabogidda ora, owan west in edo state. I'm igbo woman married to an edo man and i'm presently in his home town for the holidays. My husband has been telling me about this special delicacy from his place called "sikolo" made from water yam. Yesterday i went to the market and saw some women selling it and got some for myself and i can say indeed is a special delicacy. Here are some pictures of it.
