About a year or two ago during my internship in a Public Analyst laboratory, I experienced something that blew my mind. Five days ago, my office held an iftar event at a large restaurant. Our table was already provided by the waiter at the restaurant. At that time, our company manager paid for all the meals we would enjoy. When the Maghrib call to prayer hasn't sounded, all of my co-workers seem busy chatting with each other, except for the manager and me. The manager's face looked sad and confused, so I tried to ask him how he was feeling.

Many of us when we wake up in the morning we can do it with a lot of energy but there is another part of the population that wake up exhausted and do not rest in the right way either by our day to day, college, work or other factors that somehow affect our rest. We must take into account that if we do not recharge our energy to 100% we will not give 100% in our week. I work in a family business specializing in sleep products called coltech.ve and our purpose apart from offering innovative products in sleep technology is essentially to educate and raise awareness through personalized attention to our customers about healthy sleep habits and rest as part of a full life humanizing the interaction for the customer to make a decision that will last a lifetime.

The last week of January of this year, I started to feel sick and was tested on February 1, 2022, which showed positive for Covid. I struggled as many do through the flu like symptoms coughing, body aches, chills, and breathing difficulties. The symptoms hit me hard but not much harder than any other flu.

I have three tattoos and although the idea was to look good on me, the truth is that each one of them has a very strong symbolism for me.

I teach you how to make a beautiful paper rose or flower very easy. I was always trying to practice doing it, but I wasn't very good at it, so after several tests I got a super easy way and they are beautiful. You can make them out of paper, cardboard or foami (rubber eva). I will leave you my template or pattern so you can download and print it.

That happens to me very often and I think for example when I said goodbye to my 6th grade teacher I did not do it with the conscience that I would never see her again or when we have said goodbye to a friend... to a family member we would never think that it is the last time or that it would simply be a long time until we see each other again.

I had this photo studio in my trunk and today I dusted it off! It is one of the first digital illustrations I did, I used the same technique of flat colors and texture brushes that I have been practicing since I started working in Ibis Paint X.

It's time to post my very first piece of art here! While I am not a player of Splinterlands, it is a big part of the HIVE community and I can really appreciate the effort of the art and the lore behind the characters.

Spring has always been my favorite time of year. No matter how many times I have seen a hyacinth in bloom, each spring is like the first time. That is what spring is to me - a celebration of newness and firsts. This isn't just any bee... it's the first bee.
