Yesterday afternoon, I decided to go for a walk, and I felt like visiting the AB Shopping Center. Although it doesn’t have many stores, there was one in particular that I really wanted to check out: the Tecni Books bookstore. At first, finding it was a bit tricky because several doors were closed. For a moment, we thought the shops had already shut down since it was 6:30 p.m. But when we saw the main entrance open, we were excited to know we could still visit the bookstore.

The month of May is almost over, and still the season of graduation in the Philippines since the post-pandemic change in the Academic calendar. My niece will be graduating on the 28th, and we are very excited about it.

Hello everyone, how are you? I hope you are well...This weekend we went to Tekirdag to my wife's family. Since we don't have our own car yet, we used the train. We bought our tickets online on the same day. When there are no holidays and public holidays, we can find a place easily, but if it coincides with these days, it is really difficult to find a ticket.

After this, I did my specific exercises for this element, the first thing was tuck planche push ups doing 3 sets of 8 repetitions with a hold at the end of the last repetition of 5 seconds, followed by this I did lean planche push ups but this time when lowering the lean push up I raised my legs until they were in a 90 degree position, of these I did 3 sets of 5 repetitions with holds of 3 seconds in the 90 degree positions, followed by this I did some push ups with a prone grip in which I did 3 sets of 12 reps and with this I completed the routine.
