Hello community, it's been a while since I've been here, but today with camera in hand I went out to the street without expecting the moments of retrospective that I found. My camera witnessed fleeting scenes that made me think for a moment how life happens before our eyes. To begin this trip I visited a friend at his house and when I arrived he was with a cigarette, his expression as he took his first puff was one of total relaxation, lost in his thoughts. I approached him slowly, and almost without him noticing I took some shots, because that expression of relaxation and introspection could only be captured at the right moment, with a shot.

I hope you are having a great weekend. Here I leave a publication of a park that I could photograph and I was also surprised to know that it is one of the sacred sites of an ancient tribe. It's long, so I hope you can enjoy reading.

It is every man's desire to be great in life but success doesn't come with just desiring something, there is a lot more to be done to make those desires come to reality.

As a young girl with great ambitions, my mom always told more there was more to desire and I confirmed it after writing my final papers at the university.

In my small town they call them little horses, although in reality they are insects, I don't know why they give them that name. As I told you I have enjoyed them since I was a little girl, I remember playing with them, catching them and then releasing them, I love to see them fly and contemplate their diverse range of colors.

I confess that I thought they only existed in brown and green since they are the most common, but a few years ago I saw some in my mom's house in fuchsia and orange, they really surprised me, they looked beautiful.

Homeschooling refers to getting direct education from parents or guardians from the comfort your home. At some point having to hear different stories coming from Elementary or Highschools is really devastating and would make a parent want to homeschool there children by themselves. Some few months back, I came in contact with a friend who has three kids, the eldest child was three years old but he couldn’t pick up a pencil to write down anything, he could talk, he is a very smart kid but why couldn’t he write down any letters? This got my friend angry, she said she has decided to homeschool the boy till he gets to age 5, because she wouldn’t have not paying so much money in an elementary school whereas her kid wasn’t really doing well. So she took it upon her self, got the topics of toddlers and started teaching him, she was patient with him and now he is doing way better than when he was going to school. I asked her if she made any rules because of course she is his mum and there would be some of leniency, here was her reply;

In my saying, find the best person who really appreciate your ego. The vibes like you have the same personality and same mind set. I thought college students are very ignorant and people are very competitive, but so far that's only my what if. Like when I meet them, they are very friendly and I get extroverted around them. This year, being an officer, it is kind of challenging and a pressure in managing your academics. Because not only your coordinator want you to become who you are, but you also have a personal goal and to accomplish.

There are days when our spirits are down, we don't even want to get out of bed, plus we have a disheveled outfit that steals our joy even more; today was one of those days for me, but I decided to do my part to feel better, I wanted to pamper myself, give myself a little self-love, when it should be a lot, however, when we are exhausted we have to start with little, since sometimes so many things that we want to add to change our mood can overwhelm us. That is why a phrase that I once read is very accurate: “when your world falls apart, stabilize yourself with simple things, such as: wash the dishes, make the bed…” in my case, I started with myself.

This recipe is super easy, once you have the ingredients and implements you can start. First, you have to roast the eggplant, you can do it directly over the stove, in my case I do it in the airfryer. Then you only have to put all the ingredients inside the blender and let it blend until everything it's homogeneous. The spices quantity is relative, it depends on your taste, I like it to be with a lot of pepper and cumin, it give it a lot of flavor.
