Today woman has more work then ever.
In our country we have dictum, the man hold one corner of the house, but the woman holds three.
Our society has changed over the years so the woman has even more obligations.
Here in Croatia still exist stereotyps.
Tipicly womans jobs outside her work are ironing, cooking and cleaning. Of cours raising kid is also womans job.
I'm one of the lucky woman, me and my boyfriend share all of house work. And no, he is not henpecked.
We still don't have kids, but one of my friend, let's call her Ally, has.
She is full time mom with full time job as a saleswoman.
Her day look like this....
She wakes up at 6. Then she and her husband drink coffee. He goes to work. She wake up their kids. Make them breakfast and help them dress up.
Before she goes to work, Ally must leave her kids at the kindergarten.
She a saleswoman, and she works 8 hours per day. After her work she goes back to kindergarten and pick up her kids. As soon as she come home, she must hurry to make lunch. Her husband is already home. He takes kids to the garden and play with them. At the same time she's cooking, cleaning, puting the lundry to wash.
The lunch is over, her husband brings the kids and they start to eat. Of course everything is not peacefull and calm, is complete oposite. Food is all around.
After lunch Ally cleans all up and try to prepeare all for the next day. Husband goes outside to clean their cars. The kids start to fight. She stops to doing all her jobs and starts to play with them. She knows that all that job is waiting her when kid goes to sleep. The evening comes quiqicly. Her husbend helps her to put them into pajamas and to sleep.
After that, she is getting back to cleaning. Husband is laying with kids, becuse they cannot fall into sleep alone.
At the same time when kids fell into sleep she's also done all she had to do.
Ally and her husband are trying to talk but they're both tired so decide to go to sleep.
Conclusion
They work all together. All Ally wants is her husband try just a little bit to help her at home works.
Can someone related to her?
Are you sharing all you obligations at home?
This story is not jus about Ally... It's also about our moms who work hard all of our lives and keeps everything right.
Big thanks to moms :D
