My mind is like my internet browser right now.19 tabs open, 3 of them are frozen ...

... and have no idea where the music is coming fromo. Basically this is me right now!I can't begin to tell you how accurate this is.Even though these 2 weeks have left in Toronto were supposed to be a very relaxed time with my parents, well, its been quite the opposite.Between touristing, teaching, unpacking from my Mexico trip, and preparing everything for my big adventure I seem to have no time at all!The only thing that is calming me down is my Yoga practice No matter what, I always need to make time for myself, for my peace of mind, for my yoga
