Tarifa is a small town, located in the southernmost end of the Spanish Peninsula. It surrounded by the Mediterranean and the Atlantic.
This location harvests the famous blue fin tuna. If you visit Tarifa you just complete a tapas tour and really take in all the flavours they have to offer.
This time, beetroot tartar, blue fin tuna tartar with egg, buffalo cheese with tomato salad & of course a seafood paella!
