Hey, @artsbreezy01 !! Thanks!! Great to have a comment like yours! 😁 I agree! Mostly for the amateur artist, having a basic understanding of proportions using this grid method is worthwhile. But ultimately I would recommend more mature artists to really get into Bargue plates and try drawing using sight-size. Once they grasp the human form properly then they will be ready for comparative measuring methods. This was what I was taught in the atelier of arts and I think it is really worthwhile to take what you can from those approaches! 😊👏
