Normally most people are used grill meat whrn its BBQ time...
Because of fashion some people try the vegan variety, but fish BBQ's are rare.
That's why I write today about this food topic. The "Dr. Bernard "is one of the beach restaurants, which offers exactly this.
Here you can enjoy grilled fish and have a wonderful view of the ocean.
As the fishermen do their work right on the beach, the fish is literally delivered fresh to the restaurant and served in great quality.
For anyone who likes to eat this, it is a pure delicious joy.
Normalerweise ist man BBQ nur mit Fleisch gewöhnt...der Fashion halber eventuell in veganer Variante, doch FISCH BBQ's sind selten.
Weshalb ich dieses heute zu meunem Restaurant Thema mache.
Das “Dr. Bernard“ ist eines der wenigen Strand Restaurants, welches genau dieses anbietet.
Hier kann man diverse Fischarten gegrillt geniessen und nebenbei die wundervolle Aussicht auf das Meer genießen.
Da direkt am Strand auch die Fischer ihrer Tätigkeit nachkommen, wird der Fisch im wahrsten Sinne frisch ins Restaurant geliefert und serviert.
Für jeden, der dieses gerne verzehrt ein reines Freudensmahl.
