Sorry there hasn't been many updates, detail cleaning the frame is pretty arduous work and with the weather and holidays....
It is cleaning up though, one of the cleanest frames I've worked with on a classic.
You can see some of the parts of the inner frame I havent got cleaned up yet toward the rear.
Some frame components which I removed to clean individually. They will get bolted back on then I will put a solid frame coating on all of it.
I've mostly been inspecting and figuring out what parts I will need to order.
This cab mount is nowhere to be found for sale. All other cab mounts can be bought, but I can't find a reproduction for it.
As best as I can tell, I will have to fabricate one. Most likely I will have to cut the bad part out, reuse the part that rivets to the frame, and weld a new mounting pad of my own making in.
