Para preparar esta rica chica debemos tener los siguientes ingredientes:
- Pasta (larga o corta)
- Canela
- Azúcar
- Leche
- Agua
To prepare this delicious girl we must have the following ingredients.
- Pasta (long or short)
- Cinnamon
- Sugar
- Milk
- Water
Comenzaremos agregando el agua en una olla, todo a su preferencia dependiendo la cantidad que desea preparar, en mi caso prepare un poquito.
We will start by adding the water to a pot, all to your preference depending on the amount you want to prepare, in my case I prepared a little bit.
Luego procedemos en colocar en la cocina la olla con el agua para después agregar la pasta.
Then we proceed to place the pot with the water on the stove and then add the pasta.
Una vez ya blanda la pasta, la apagamos y dejamos reposar un rato hasta que se enfrie.
Once the paste is soft, turn it off and let it rest for a while until it cools.
Una vez ya reposada y fría la pasta procedemos en licuar la misma.
Once the paste has rested and cooled, we proceed to blend it.
Dependiendo lo espeso qué se encuentre le echaremos un poquito de agua para que se pueda licuar bien.

Ya licuada bien nuestra pasta, comenzamos agregando la azúcar y la leche.
Once our paste is well blended, we begin adding the sugar and milk.
Una vez incorporados los ingredientes, echaremos hielo en un vaso para luego agregar nuestra chicha.
Once the ingredients are mixed, we will pour ice into a glass and then add our chicha.
Acá agregaremos nuestro toque final la canela molida.
Here we will add our final touch: ground cinnamon.
