Hello! Friends of the #AmazingDrinks Community, I hope you're feeling wonderful and happily well ✨
Today, once again, I have the pleasure of sharing this experience with you. This time, I'll be treating you to a delicious and refreshing tamarind juice.
🍹 I hope you enjoy it, greetings 🍹
Ingredientes
- 1 Tza de Agua
- Tamarindo
- Azúcar
Ingredients
- 1 Cup of Water
- Tamarind
- Sugar
The first thing we must do is place the tamarind in the cup of water and let it soak for a while until the tamarind disintegrates well.
Once the tamarind is dissolved, we proceed to cook it for 15 minutes until it boils.
Once the tamarind is boiled, we will let it rest until it is cold and we will begin to strain it to remove the seeds and residue.
Finally, we'll put our juice in the blender to add the sugar. In this case, enough to achieve the desired consistency, since some tamarinds are acidic.
Once the process was completed, this was my final result.
