To create this anime-style, humanized Woolio fan art, I started with the initial sketch. This is a crucial stage where I let my imagination run wild and draw the basic lines to give shape to the idea. I use soft and light strokes, making sure to capture the essence and pose of the character. At this stage, I don't worry too much about details, but rather about establishing a solid base to build on.
Once satisfied with the sketch, I move on to outlining. Here, I use more defined and precise lines, eliminating unnecessary strokes from the sketch. This step requires patience and attention to detail, as the final lines will define the structure of the drawing. I make sure the lines are clean and coherent, giving shape to each element of the character, from the hair to the small horns.
The next step is coloring. I use a palette of warm, vibrant colors to bring Woolio to life. I start with the base tones, applying the background color to large areas of the drawing. Then, I add gradations and shades to give depth and richness to the character. The hair, which appears to be woven with strands of light, receives special attention to make its texture appear soft and ethereal.
