Hello everyone, my name is Lorentm, and I want to welcome you to my art blog. Today I am incredibly excited to share with you a digital artwork that is part of my ongoing project inspired by 
The character I worked on this time is the female forest healer, but in my reinterpretation she is more than just a gentle healer. In this Western-inspired version, she is the owner of a saloon and a cunning criminal strategist, someone who hides her sharp mind and dangerous side behind an elegant and captivating presence.
When I imagined her, I saw her as a woman of duality. She embodies the vitality of nature with her flowing green hair and clover motifs, but she also carries the mystery and authority of someone who commands respect in the Old West. Her beauty, intelligence, and hidden strength make her both enchanting and intimidating, and this mix of traits was fascinating to portray.

El personaje en el que trabaj茅 esta vez es la sanadora del bosque femenina, pero en mi reinterpretaci贸n ella es mucho m谩s que una sanadora gentil. En esta versi贸n inspirada en el oeste, es la due帽a de un sal贸n y una estratega criminal astuta, alguien que esconde su mente aguda y su lado peligroso tras una presencia elegante y cautivadora.
Al imaginarla, la vi como una mujer de dualidad. Encierra la vitalidad de la naturaleza en su cabello verde y sus motivos de tr茅bol, pero tambi茅n proyecta el misterio y la autoridad de alguien que impone respeto en el Viejo Oeste. Su belleza, inteligencia y fuerza oculta la convierten en una figura tan encantadora como intimidante, y esa mezcla de rasgos fue fascinante de representar.

Her appearance is designed to tell a story at first glance. Her long green hair cascades down in waves, partially braided and adorned with a vine-like crown, symbolizing her deep connection to the forest. Her golden-green eyes reflect both kindness and calculation, a duality that makes her presence magnetic.
She wears a green dress that enhances her figure and carries clover motifs as a constant reminder of her mystical origins. Around her neck, a delicate necklace adds an elegant touch, while her fan, decorated with clovers, hides sharp blades within, a perfect metaphor for her character: refined on the surface but deadly when necessary.
Everything about her attire speaks of contrasts. The softness of her flowing dress, the natural beauty of her hair, and the tenderness in her expression meet the sharper side of her personality: a strategist, a woman who runs her saloon with charm but also with absolute control, someone who knows how to use elegance as a weapon.
Su apariencia est谩 dise帽ada para contar una historia a primera vista. Su largo cabello verde cae en ondas, parcialmente trenzado y adornado con una corona de enredaderas, s铆mbolo de su profunda conexi贸n con el bosque. Sus ojos dorados verdosos reflejan tanto bondad como c谩lculo, una dualidad que hace que su presencia sea magn茅tica.
Viste un vestido verde que realza su figura y lleva motivos de tr茅bol como un recordatorio constante de sus or铆genes m铆sticos. Alrededor de su cuello, un delicado collar aporta un toque elegante, mientras que su abanico, decorado con tr茅boles, esconde cuchillas afiladas en su interior, una met谩fora perfecta de su car谩cter: refinada en la superficie pero letal cuando es necesario.
Todo en su atuendo habla de contrastes. La suavidad de su vestido fluido, la belleza natural de su cabello y la ternura en su expresi贸n se encuentran con el lado m谩s filoso de su personalidad: una estratega, una mujer que maneja su sal贸n con encanto pero tambi茅n con control absoluto, alguien que sabe c贸mo usar la elegancia como un arma.
The creation began with a sketch, where I laid out her silhouette and pose. At this stage, I wanted to capture her dual essence: both healer and strategist. Her confident stance was key, and I paid special attention to the flow of her dress and the positioning of her fan, which would later become her secret weapon.
Once the sketch was ready, I moved on to the lineart. Clean lines helped refine her facial features, her braided hair, and the folds of her dress. This step is always rewarding for me, as it transforms the rough sketch into a polished base, giving clarity to the character.
Coloring came next, and this is where she truly came alive. Shades of green dominated her design, reinforcing her bond with the forest, while earthy tones were added to connect her with the Western environment. The fan, her dress, and her accessories all harmonized in a palette that made her look natural yet powerful.
Adding shadows brought depth and personality to the artwork. They emphasized the richness of her hair, the folds of her dress, and the atmosphere of the saloon around her. Shadows also gave her a sense of mystery, perfect for someone who hides more than she reveals.
Highlights followed, and they added the spark she needed. Soft touches of light in her hair, fan, and jewelry gave her a glow that captured attention. These details made her appear more vibrant, almost as if she could step out of the illustration.
The last step was the background. I chose to keep it simple yet atmospheric, with warm light from the saloon doors blending with wooden textures. This subtle environment set the perfect stage, framing her without taking away the spotlight she deserves as the true protagonist.
La creaci贸n comenz贸 con un boceto, donde trac茅 su silueta y pose. En esta etapa quise capturar su doble esencia: sanadora y estratega. Su postura segura era clave, y prest茅 especial atenci贸n a la ca铆da de su vestido y la posici贸n del abanico, que m谩s adelante se convertir铆a en su arma secreta.
Una vez que el boceto estuvo listo, pas茅 al delineado. Las l铆neas limpias me ayudaron a definir sus rasgos faciales, su cabello trenzado y los pliegues de su vestido. Este paso siempre me resulta gratificante, pues transforma el trazo inicial en una base pulida que da claridad al personaje.
Despu茅s lleg贸 el coloreado, y aqu铆 es donde realmente cobr贸 vida. Los tonos verdes dominaron su dise帽o, reforzando su v铆nculo con el bosque, mientras que a帽ad铆 matices terrosos para conectarla con el ambiente del oeste. El abanico, su vestido y sus accesorios armonizaron en una paleta que la hizo lucir natural pero poderosa.
Al agregar las sombras, la ilustraci贸n gan贸 profundidad y personalidad. Resaltaron la riqueza de su cabello, los pliegues de su vestido y la atm贸sfera del sal贸n que la rodea. Las sombras tambi茅n le dieron un aire de misterio, perfecto para alguien que oculta m谩s de lo que revela.
Luego vinieron los brillos, que le aportaron la chispa que necesitaba. Peque帽os toques de luz en su cabello, abanico y joyer铆a le dieron un resplandor que atrae la mirada. Estos detalles la hicieron parecer m谩s vibrante, casi como si pudiera salir de la ilustraci贸n.
El 煤ltimo paso fue el fondo. Opt茅 por mantenerlo sencillo pero lleno de atm贸sfera, con la luz c谩lida que entra por las puertas del sal贸n y las texturas de la madera. Este entorno sutil cre贸 el escenario perfecto, enmarc谩ndola sin quitarle protagonismo como la verdadera figura central.
Working on this character was an experience full of creativity and joy. Blending the role of a healer with the daring presence of a Western strategist allowed me to explore unexpected contrasts. I loved playing with her duality and finding ways to express it visually.
