With the recent release of Deadpool 3, I felt incredibly inspired to reimagine this irreverent anti-hero in a whole new context. I wanted to combine the action and irreverence that characterizes Deadpool with the cute and colorful aesthetic of anime. Thus was born the idea of a teenage Deadpool, dressed in a Japanese schoolgirl uniform and charged with youthful energy.
In this version, Deadpool retains his iconic red and black mask, but with a charming twist: his eyes are large and expressive, anime-style, reflecting intense curiosity and a spark of mischief. Her hair, a soft shade of pink, falls in messy locks over her forehead, giving her a youthful, carefree air that contrasts beautifully with her bold, reckless character.
The white school uniform with blue details and a yellow scarf knotted in front adds a unique and charming style. I wanted to give her a distinctive touch, so I added a cherry blossom in her hair, which enhances her cuddly look without losing her antihero essence. On his shoulders, he carries a backpack full of gadgets and mysteries, always ready for any mischief. In his gloved hand, he holds the handle of a katana, ready for action, reminding us that, despite his adorable appearance, he is still the same fearless and brave Deadpool.
The background of this illustration is filled with pink tones and cherry blossom petals falling like confetti, creating a magical and energetic atmosphere. I wanted this setting to reflect the duality of the character: a mixture of innocence and danger, sweetness and action. The cherry petals give it an ethereal feel, almost as if Deadpool is in his own fantasy world, ready to face any challenge with a mischievous smile on his lips.
Creating this piece was an incredibly rewarding experience. I had a blast exploring how Deadpool's signature traits could be merged with the anime aesthetic to result in a unique and charming interpretation. It was a process full of discovery, where every added detail seemed to fit perfectly, bringing a new dimension to the character.
I felt excited and challenged working on this illustration. The idea of combining two such different styles and making them work together was a challenge that I enjoyed immensely. Quise combinar la acci贸n y la irreverencia que caracterizan a Deadpool con la est茅tica tierna y colorida del anime. As铆 naci贸 la idea de un Deadpool adolescente, vestido con un uniforme de colegiala japonesa y cargado de energ铆a juvenil.
En esta versi贸n, Deadpool conserva su ic贸nica m谩scara roja y negra, pero con un giro encantador: sus ojos son grandes y expresivos, al estilo anime, reflejando una intensa curiosidad y una chispa de travesura. Su cabello, de un suave tono rosa, cae en mechones desordenados sobre su frente, d谩ndole un aire juvenil y desenfadado que contrasta maravillosamente con su car谩cter audaz y temerario.
El uniforme escolar blanco con detalles en azul y un pa帽uelo amarillo anudado al frente aporta un estilo 煤nico y encantador. Quise darle un toque distintivo, as铆 que a帽ad铆 una flor de cerezo en su cabello, que realza su aspecto tierno sin perder su esencia de antih茅roe. Sobre sus hombros, lleva una mochila repleta de gadgets y misterios, siempre lista para cualquier travesura. En su mano enguantada, sostiene el mango de una katana, lista para la acci贸n, record谩ndonos que, a pesar de su apariencia adorable, sigue siendo el mismo Deadpool intr茅pido y valiente.

Creating this interpretation of Deadpool as a teenage girl in anime style was a fascinating process, full of creativity and details that enriched the final work. I want to share with you how I carried out each stage of this digital drawing, from the initial conception to the final touches that brought it to life.
The journey began with the sketch, the stage where ideas begin to take shape on the canvas. I started drawing the general outlines of the character, focusing on capturing his pose and expression. I imagined Deadpool with a confident stance, a mix of defiance and fun. The strokes were loose and light, allowing me to adjust the proportions and experiment with different poses until I found the one that perfectly conveyed the essence of the character.
Once I was satisfied with the sketch, I moved on to outlining. This is where the drawing begins to define itself. I used firmer, more precise lines to highlight important contours and details. Deadpool's iconic mask, his big expressive anime-style eyes, and his messy pink hair took shape. I paid special attention to her Japanese schoolgirl uniform, making sure the folds of the clothing and accessories, such as the yellow scarf and the cherry blossom in her hair, were clearly outlined.
With the outline complete, it was time to add color. This stage was especially fun and crucial to bringing the character to life. I selected a vibrant color palette, starting with the costume and hair. The soft pink tone of Deadpool's hair contrasted beautifully with the intensity of the red and black mask. Next, I colored his white and blue school uniform, making sure the yellow bandana stood out as a distinctive detail. Each element was carefully painted to maintain consistency and balance in the illustration.
After coloring, I moved on to applying shadows and highlights, a step that adds depth and realism to the drawing. I started with the shadows, using darker tones to create contrasts and give volume to the character. The shadows under the chin, in the folds of the uniform and on the backpack were essential to achieve a three-dimensional effect. Then, I added the shimmers, placing reflections in strategic areas such as the hair, eyes and parts of the uniform. These highlights captured the light and enhanced the vitality and energy of the character, giving him a more dynamic and lively appearance.
Each step of the process was an opportunity to explore and experiment, adjusting details and fine-tuning the composition to achieve the desired result. From the initial sketch to the final touches of shadows and glows, each stage was crucial to creating this youthful and charming interpretation of Deadpool.

Una vez satisfecha con el boceto, pas茅 a la delineaci贸n. Aqu铆 es donde el dibujo comienza a definirse. Utilic茅 l铆neas m谩s firmes y precisas para destacar los contornos y detalles importantes. La m谩scara ic贸nica de Deadpool, sus grandes ojos expresivos al estilo anime, y su cabello rosa desordenado tomaron forma. Preste especial atenci贸n a su uniforme de colegiala japonesa, asegur谩ndome de que los pliegues de la ropa y los accesorios, como el pa帽uelo amarillo y la flor de cerezo en su cabello, estuvieran claramente delineados.
Con el delineado completo, lleg贸 el momento de agregar color. Esta etapa fue especialmente divertida y crucial para dar vida al personaje. Desde el boceto inicial hasta los toques finales de sombras y brillos, cada etapa fue crucial para crear esta interpretaci贸n juvenil y encantadora de Deadpool.
